1. Digital Products (Software Licenses & Subscriptions)
Since our products are digitally delivered and activated immediately upon purchase, we offer limited refunds under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refund:
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase.
- You have not activated the license key or downloaded the software.
- You are experiencing technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
- The product was purchased more than once accidentally (duplicate orders).
If your refund request meets the criteria above, please contact us at info@kartbin.com with the following information:
- Order ID / Invoice number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund
Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7days.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds if:
- The software license key has already been activated or used
- The refund request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase
- You changed your mind after activation or didn’t read the product description properly
- Issues arise due to third-party software or system compatibility not disclosed to us
3. Exchanges and Upgrades
We do not offer direct product exchanges, but you may be eligible for a prorated upgrade or extension to a different plan. Contact our team for assistance. If the exchnage or upgrades is approved that will be done within 48 hrs.
